By accessing this website and booking a consultation or service with Pandit Subhash Chandra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Astrological Services

Vedic Astrology is an ancient spiritual science. The predictions, charts (Kundli), and guidance provided by Pandit Subhash Chandra are based on astrological calculations. However, we do not guarantee that every prediction will manifest exactly as stated, as human free will and karma play significant roles.

3. Consultation & Booking Policy

• Consultations are strictly scheduled by appointment.
• You must provide accurate birth details (Date, Exact Time, Place) for accurate readings. Incorrect information provided by the user is not the responsibility of Pandit Ji.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value our time and yours. Due to the personal and dedicated nature of astrological calculations, the following refund policy applies:

• Consultations: Once a consultation session is booked and payment is made, it is generally non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you cannot attend your session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without a penalty.
• Reports & Kundli: Digital reports and generated charts are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Spiritual Remedies (Upay)

Pandit Ji may suggest spiritual remedies, gemstones, or rituals based on your planetary alignments. Performing these remedies is entirely optional. We make no absolute guarantees regarding the outcome of these remedies, as results depend heavily on individual karma and devotion.

6. User Conduct

We expect all clients to maintain a respectful demeanor during consultations. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards Pandit Ji or the support staff will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
